If you’re new to my content, I’m Krys (@krystalynngier) - the creator behind this website and host of the Mind Body Planet with Krystalynn Gier podcast. I make videos & lifestyle tools that help you better love your mind, body and planet. If you want to learn more about my work, you can find that here.

I was stuck in a rut when I realized everything is connected to our mind, body, and planet. The more time I dedicated to taking care of those 3 things, the more in tuned with myself and others I became. It improved my anxiety, boosted my confidence, created deeper connections with my community, and led me to becoming the best version of myself. The best part is that all of this isn’t just good for yourself, but it’s also beneficial to our planet!

I love sharing these tiny changes that have made such an impact on my life, and sharing them with you is just the cherry on top. 🍒
