Is ATTITUDE Living sustainable or is it greenwashing?
Welcome to “Sustainable or Greenwashing” series where I’m sharing if brands and products are actually what they say they are.
Is Attitude Living sustainable or is it greenwashing? Attitude was founded in 2006 to develop products that are better for our health and the environment.
They are EWG VERIFIED™, PETA Cruelty-Free & Vegan, FSC Certified, & ECOLOGO® Certified (more common to see for Canadian brands).
They offer refillable and recyclable bottles, but my personal favorite thing is they offer completely plastic free items.
Attitude partners with several reforestation nonprofits, & say that for every product purchased they plant a tree through Eden Reforestation or One Tree Planted.
I couldn’t find toooooo much on their manufacturing or sourcing, other than the factory is based in Québec, so I wish I could have more on that - however the Ecologo Certification is supposed to represent environmentally conscious sourcing & manufacturing so I think it covers this pillar a bit.
So is ATTITUDE sustainable or is it greenwashing?
Seems sustainable to me - but what do you think?
