February 2024 #2: Wedding Planning, Balance, and Golden Globes Fashion

Wedding Planning, Balance & the Golden Globes

Hey, friend!

I was about 4 days into February when I nearly pooped my pants because I get MARRIED in less than 8 months. How is that even possible?? In my head I’m still a 15 year old girl who relies on the bus to take her from place to place.

The wedding planning process has gone relatively smoothly, but I’m realizing how little there is about planning a sustainable wedding. It actually seems like the industry is about 5-10 years behind every other industry in regards to the amount of waste that comes from these events.

ANYWAYS…I’m not complaining per se about this, but it’s made me realize that there needs to be more information out there about how you can have a beautiful celebration of love, while also choosing eco-friendly options. SO, I’m working on creating a free downloadable guide filled with all of the eco wedding tips and advice and resources that I’ve been able to find. If you know of any brands, products, or people I should include in my future download, hit reply and let me know! I want to be sure I’m not leaving out anyone who’s trying to shake up this dated industry.

I’ll keep y’all updated!

XOXO,

Krys

We can’t make 100 changes overnight, and many goals can’t be done in less than 2 months. Give yourself grace and remember that balance is essential to avoiding burnout. You got this, friend. <3
